These terms apply to purchases made from Arohi Computers through this website and in the shop. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Arohi Computers – Sales & Services, trading as Arohi Computers, at Parner–Supa Road, Sambhaji Nagar, Parner, Tal. Parner, Dist. Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra – 414302.

Products and descriptions

We sell new and refurbished computer hardware. Refurbished units are pre-owned, tested and graded before sale; their condition is described on each product page. Photographs are representative, and a refurbished unit may show cosmetic marks consistent with its stated grade.

We try to keep specifications accurate. If we find a material error in a listing after you have ordered, we will contact you and you may cancel at no cost.

Pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees. The price shown is the price you pay - there are no taxes added at checkout. An invoice is issued with every order. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, a listing contained a pricing error, or delivery to the address is not practical.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and UPI. UPI orders are treated as pending until we have verified receipt of the transfer, after which the order moves to processing.

Warranty

Products carry the 15-day testing warranty set out in our Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy. Replacement or repair is provided; cash refunds are not.

Service and repairs

Hardware repair work is chargeable and quoted before we begin. Support for Windows and software-related issues on hardware bought from us is provided free of charge.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not liable for loss of data or loss of business. Please keep your own backups.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Parner, Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra.
